Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure every customer is fully supported at every stage of their purchase, we have established a transparent return and exchange policy that is fair to all parties.
Please read the details below before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Return/Exchange Request Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product (based on the shipping status).

2. Eligible Product Types and Condition Requirements

2.1 Mobile Phones / Tablets / Accessories / Routers Products must be in complete, like-new condition, including:

• Box in good condition, with no dents or damage
• Seals, stickers, and holograms not opened or torn
• All included items complete (manual, charging cable, SIM ejector pin, etc.)
• No signs of drops, impacts, bending, cracks, or usage
• IMEI/Serial Number must match the one sold

If the product is not in complete condition, the return or exchange may not be accepted.

2.2 All SIM Card Types SIM cards may be returned or exchanged only under the following conditions:

• The SIM card's plastic packaging has not been opened
• The SIM card has not been registered
• The SIM card has not been used in any way, such as activating service, using data, making calls, or topping up

SIM cards that have been unpacked or registered cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Types of Return/Exchange Requests

3.1 Defective Products or Incorrect Items Received
We will gladly replace the product immediately under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
• The company covers all return and reshipping costs
• If the same model is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative model as appropriate

3.2 Change of Mind Customers may return or exchange products but are responsible for all costs incurred, such as:

• Shipping costs
• COD fees (if applicable)
• Costs of damaged packaging or accessories
• Other actual costs incurred, as itemized by our accounting department

The company will summarize all costs and inform the customer of the net refundable amount in a transparent and verifiable manner.
**The company reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our inspection criteria.**

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., bank transfer / QR Payment / credit card / COD)
• Refund processing time: within 714 business days
• For credit card payments, refunds may take longer than 714 business days, depending on the bank's terms

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For clarity, please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Used products
• Products that are incomplete, cracked, broken, or damaged through use
• SIM cards that have been unpacked or registered
• Products showing signs of activation, such as device setup, app activation, or removed screen protectors
• Products lost after delivery by the carrier

6. Return/Exchange Request Process

To ensure accurate and fast verification, please follow these steps:

1. Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video
2. Take photos of the product and all accessories from every angle
3. Submit your order details along with photos/videos via LINE: @wpnmobile or Facebook WPN Mobile
4. Wait for our staff to review within 12 business days
5. Ship the product back to the address provided by the company
6. Wait for the product inspection
7. Receive a replacement or refund according to the conditions

7. Other Conditions

• This return and exchange policy is subject to the company's discretion
• The company reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice
• Return requests made after 14 days cannot be processed
• Please keep your unboxing video for at least 14 days after receiving the product
